Pegasus Taverna is open 365 days a year, so you never have to miss Greek classics like saganaki tourkolimano, shrimp sautéed with onion, tomato and green pepper, baked with feta cheese; oven-baked tiropitakia, feta cheese wrapped in thin sheets of phyllo; and tender roast leg of lamb topped with jus alongside rice or potatoes with vegetable. But no dinner (or lunch, for that matter) is complete...
The avgolemono soup (chicken lemon rice) and saganaki (flaming cheese) are too salty, but the lamb dishes and dolmadakia (stuffed grape leaves) are all delicious and cooked to perfection! The service is always impeccable, and the selection of alcohol is vast. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Greektown desiring a tasty, hearty meal. Kali oreksi! (Bon appétit)
Had the best dinner and dessert. Had a man named Robert A. Very helpful and had great ideas for the rest of our trip in the D. Class act.

You lost your appetite, really?" We were mortified. We thought...
The customer service at this restaurant is the best we have ever experienced! Fantastic service, excellent food, and a great atmosphere!
The food looked great but the only reason I'm giving it a two star is because of the drinks. I was sitting at the bar with my boyfriend and brother on a sunday afternoon. The lady bartending was making drinks and proceed to put her hand over the shaker hole and shook it. I am a bartender and I myself know this is a big NO NO! Very disappointing unsure emoticon

Molly Abraham, Detroit News Restaurant Critic: A spin-off of the longtime Greektown spot, this offers the same menu of Greek dishes from moussaka and spinach pie to an array of lamb dishes. The space formerly housed Tom's Oyster Bar and prior to that, Stevfe's Back Room. The Greek menu is getting a warm welcome from the neighbors because it's such a familiar name, and offers something just a...
