Love Peet's! Hate the people!
Peet's is my favorite coffee shop. It's the original after all & the model that the other large restaurants "borrowed" from. But this Peet's is the absolute worst! Every single time I've gone, the staff is incredibly rude & stuck up.
I don't expect 'service with a smile' as we all have bad days but heck, 'service with a grin' would be a marked improvement!!

I do have to say 'Peet's', you have a repeat customer when it comes to hot chocolate. After drinking at Starbucks or the Coffee Bean and feeling nauseated from the sugar rush, Peet's seems know how to get it right without the sugar sickening feeling.

The coffee served at Peet's is quite simply my favorite, so my review may be slightly biased in that respect. It's dark, rich, complex coffee--definitely not for those who seek the mild blends that they offer at Starbucks. Also, there are always free samples available: teas, organic coffee, pastries, candies, etc. The small size of this particular Peet's is made up for by the tables and benches located ...
