Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. They know their stuff! I walked in holding a part and before I could tell the the model of my dryer they already knew by just looking at the part!

NOT recommended. The person who answered the phone was condescending and unhelpful. I had previously ordered a produce drawer from Perasols using the model number I found in the unit. The person told me it was insufficient and was unwilling or unable to help me find the correct information.
