Very disappointed in their customer service. I had to call repeatedly to check to see if my child's glasses were in and complete. When you're getting 2 pairs for each of 2 kids, you'd think they'd streamline things a bit. Our order required multiple trips back and forth.

I came in on December 31st... of course the last day I could use the money in my FSA account. I apparently was not the only one with this idea as the place was packed! The friendly staff still took time to assist me with picking out a couple pairs of frames even though I didn't have an appointment.
