My sister ordered two pairs of eyeglasses from this store in June. It is now August 10 and she has still not received her frames. They have made so many excuses from the lab to shipping problems and also have not returned our phone calls to check on the frames. I would never return to this store.

The eye exam went well. My problem is in the way the office is managed. My records from a previous visit coudn't be found when I got to the office. I ordered contacts and was told they usually arrive in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks, I still don't have contacts even though I requested that they be expedited. They are telling me they have some problem with shipping. I don't know if that means...
