PEARLS ARE RARE TO FIND ! I FOUND 1
I would like to express my opinion to this store in hartford mall,I was disnoised with having caterac's and given a piece of paper to go to another doctor, with no insurance couldn't see the finnger in front of my face,i stoped by and seen my original doctor I had seen 2 yrs prior,the gentleman I spoke with sat with me and I told him and showed him where i had been and he took the time to pull my chart, and I explained to him after paying a cheaper price I couldn't afford to pay for another examine,the next day that same office called and had spoken to my doctor and they had me come in and charged me very little, gave me another examine,knowing I didn't have insurance ask if this other place tried new glasses and I replied no, well he set me up,adjusted my eyes to new glasses, so instead of costing me thousands of dollars he knew I didn't have it cost me the price of glasses,now what happened when my new glasses arrived well I didn't care for them,so back they went,the women that worked so hard with me was fantasic,funny, caring,honest her name is (Tara)she spent endless hours with this picking glasses,returned 3 differant pairs,the 2 people that went that extra mile were her and a man named (Richard) the whole staff there needs to know how wonderful they all are, I would recommend this practice highly,looking for the best it's here. Wish all of you there the best of the new year and thank you all for the service I recieved.
