There are surprisingly a small number of art supply stores in the city. Pearl probably has the largest selection available. Both fine art and craft supplies, plus a large paper selection. Student ID's get a discount. Prices are average.

This is a good store - more variety than one can image. It has a great selection of items from Knitting to high end drawing supplies. The book section tends to be a little ragged, but over all you will find what you came for. This store also gives a discount to the students and teachers - another 10%, which helps with things bein cheaper. It is also a good place to go if you are looking for... more
