Terrible service! Don't even think of ordering your groceries from Peapod. My order was delivered 40 mins. late. The ice cream was completely melted. The yogurt and milk were warm and had obviously been unrefrigerated for a long time. Did I get an apology for this outrageous service? Did anyone at Peapod offer to make amends? Nope! The response was ""we had operational problems - get lost."" It looks like I'm going to have to fight with them to get a refund for the spoiled items. This was the third time I received a damaged, incorrect Peapod order. Peapod really hates their customers.
