This place has horrible HAJJ/UMRAH services. They give tickets that are not confirmed. The ticket will say 'confirmed', but once you get to the airport, you will find out that it is a FAKE ticket. Their tickets are not confirmed. They give the tickets away to passengers who pay more. They overcharged us for our Hajj tickets and then when we got to Saudi, they changed our dates without telling us to a CHEAPER and different airline. They charged us $1,000 extra for a return ticket and threatened to cancel our tickets! All the Hajjis were angry and disappointed with their service. DO NOT EVER...

I just came from Hajj last night- It is horrible life experience with Peak time travel. people were calling it mis-managed. I could call it No management at all. it is hardly to find them. No show at the Jedha airport. 1920's busses where air conditioners does not work. one bus took 12 hours from Mina back to Al-Azizia the old bus got broken. and people got staranded. some poople could not perform 3rd day of Ramy (stoning the shatan). no religious leader. they had part time religious who does not know the full knowledge of islam either. it is much more to say but I would never recommend for...

Horrible/rude customer service. I dealt with Iselin, NJ branch office and they jerked us around for more than a week booking our tickets to India. They gave one price at the time of booking and jacked up significantly at the time of buying the tickets. Went with Aleman group a few years ago for Haj and really enjoyed it. Everything was set up from beginning to end. Will be going again in a few weeks.
