Lets take the tires.  There's four of them plus a spare.  At least the four on the wheels are EASY to see.  Secondly, it doesn't take rocket science to look at tires and see they are bad!  Your wife FAILED to even look at them.  Brakes metal to metal?  Did she even bother to take this thing for a test drive?  The missing sun visor, the anti-lock brake warning light...again, did she even bother...

My wife purchased a Ford Expedition from here. They sold her this vehicle with the brakes metal on metal and with bad tires.  My family was driving around in a vehicle unsafe for driving.
