Room was very clean.\n\nHeater didn't work in first room. Desk said they could have someone come look at it in 3 hours. We asked for a different room. They put a $88 hold on my bank account for possible damages. 4 days later, money still not my account.

The staff were under trained. I had trouble checking in, i was charged twice for the room. i also wanted to make a purchase later, which the staff could not even ring up, because of the lack of knowledge running the computer system.

The Paynesville Inn and Suites is in my home town. They always make me feel welcome when I arrive.I am happy to have a comfortable place to stay when I am in town visiting.

Our family travels to Eden Valley every fall for a little get away. This is a great hotel for kids, because it is very quiet, has a nice pool, & breakfast.The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean.The beds are terribly uncomfortable, so did niot get a great nights sleep tho:(. Never had this problem in the past, so it may just be Room #106 that needs a look at?

It was unfortunate because the booking was confirmed on my side but the hotel didn't have it in their system. Then I was told there was a cheaper room available not through the website. That upsets a guy.
