If this place were on Mass Ave in Indy or downtown Ft Wayne, it would be a foodie/hipster's paradise. Scrumptious soups, freshly prepared entrees, and craft beer! My husband and I finally made it in to Payne's. This British themed restaurant offers fish and chips, Scottish fare, and American options.
The decor is overdone shabby-chic, too cluttered for my taste. Very clean, though, not a speck of dust on the literally hundreds of magazines or chachkis.

I am so impressed with this restaurant . You would never expect a place like this in a town like Gas City. Loved the decor ! You can tell that they have put so much thought on every detail (from the quirky menus on old magazines to the lights hanging from the ceiling).
