I have used them many times during accidents and to get door dings out. They are very fast and great to be on top of things. They are always ready to have a car out to get you when the car is either ready or you are. Of course, with the help of your insurance company.

In March 2008, I needed repair, I went to payne and sons because of its convenience. I was picked up by the local Enterprise and filled out a few forms and was on my way.
quick turn around, and they called to confirm my satisfaction with the job. The car was also cleaned.
The whole experiece was very positive, Farmers Ins, Enterprise rent a car and Payne and Sons body shop.
