Everything you love about Payless (BOGO, anyone?) - great deals on decent kids' shoes in wide variety. I've found this particular location is always clean, bright, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Customer service like that is sorely lacking in chain stores these days so I always make sure to come to this location where the employees seem happy to help.
