Payless septic in Chico, CA has illegal immigrant workers working for them. Salvador Estrada (530) 570 2805 owns this shady business and rentals throughout Chico. He rents to illegal immigrants and takes advantage of them and their families. They are extremely unprofessional. Just 1 call and you will see. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS if you are an AMERICAN.
