They house an impeciable collection and have glorious displays. There is something for everyone here, from children to adults. The landscaping area in the back is also quite impressive. There is no other store on the West Coast like it. Only drawback? The staff could be a little less pretentious.

Oh lord, if I was a billionaire I would have gone crazy at Paxton Gate. They have so many amazing animal specimens, animals skulls, and really awesome marine specimens. I know that many sound scary, but please don't misunderstand. The store is actually geared more towards gifts I would say, and I'm sure anyone could find a gift for someone here. this store has such a great selection of items you simply will not find anywhere else! i have never walked in there and not gotten anything b/c there is always something that catches my eye.
