If I could give no stars, I would. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt with my dog. On two occasions he has been cut by the groomers. He has never had issues with any other groomer, only Pawmart. This time was the last straw, they cut his undercarriage and he is in pain. The appointment was at 8:15 am....
