I would Not Ever recommend this office to any one.

This office is like a zoo. It did NOT matter what time your appointment is. Waiting to see a doctor is forever. My appointment was at 9 am. I had to wait in the waiting area for 30 minutes, then I had to wait in the exam room and I was so tired so I did take a nap on the exam table for another 15 minutes then my doctor, Dr. Villa showed... more

Although the front office is rude the doctor is really good. Really friendly and he has helped me out a lot. The waiting it takes forever even if you get there early you still have to wait for about 45 minutes. The front office just needs to calm down and stop acting all rude because the customer is always right and treat him/her with respect as well as you would like to be treated.

Dr. Kritz is friendly and thoughtful. I did not feel rushed as I do with some doctors in the past. The front office staff is average and could be friendlier. The wait time was terrible. My appointment was at 10am and since I was a new patient I was told to get there at 9:45am to fill out paperwork. I showed up at 9:40am and had my paperwork in by 9:50am.
