I looked this shop up on line before making my way along W Pico Blvd.It is clearly visible, easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful. I bought some beautiful cotton / linen for shirts and will be calling back for all sorts of other things. The furnishing fabric selection is wonderful and there are some real gems amongst the dress fabric remnants. Excellent shop!

Driving down Pico, I saw Pavilion Fabricn, It is an informal, down to earth place with a large selection of upolstery at amazingly low prices!
The attendant was helpfull & attentive!
I feel like I got a good deal, without frills...
