Get ready to pay out for normally covered charges
Really unprofessional. Was charged without being asked first for what I thought was just routine cleaning and exam. Was told they did things they were not covered by insurance. When I asked why I was not told or asked first, they replied you were, when you signed the papers saying not all charges are covered by insurance!
Who does this! I heard two other patients complaining about the same thing while there and a staff member call her a B-----. I was also given a quote for cavities of 800 that I got fixed for less than half that at a reputable dentist. Very unprofessional!
