I cannot believe Art van allows Paul's TV to continue operating from their stores. Paul's TV has made it very clear they are not about customer service, they have no concern whether the customers happy and don't care about keeping their word, they do not meet customer expectations.

On two occassions ART VAN has failed to honor warranty claims. When selling the furniture they also sell fabric/finish warranties. The dining room table I bought has the finish peeling off from it.
