We had the man come out and attempt to repair our hot tub. He came about 30 mins from his area and we agreed to pay a travel fee. Which was not a problem for us. When he came out, he told us he could not fix it and that it needed an electrician to give it enough power to run. In other words, the previous owners never ran it over 94 degrees for 12 years??? Really??? He charged us the full service plus travel fee to not fix it and give us answer he obviously knew nothing about.
