Decided I wanted a pizza so I called in & ordered a pizza at 7 p.m. They call me back at 8:30 to ask me if I had an order there. Obviously I did they had my number & info. Told the guy on the phone I didn't have another hour to kill. I suggest sticking to the normal franchise...

We were in Cedar Rapids for a family get-together and decided to order pizza! They had a
HUGE one topping pizza for $19.99 and we ordered 4 of them for our crew and had it delivered to our hotel. Service was prompt and the pizza was delivered hot! Not the best pizza I have ever had, but it was good....

I know it was New Years Eve and you were busy but cold pizza and burnt crust for $20 delivered? Really? You ve been in business for too long to let this happen. The delivery person was nice. Rating, Poor.

Using an online coupon, I ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks for about $16 (including delivery fee). The girl who took my order was very pleasant to deal with. 90% of toppings were stuck to lid of pizza box, breadsticks were not cooked throughly. customer service was aweful, wasnt even given an apology or contacted back by a manager. will never be returning to paul revere's pizza and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
