After reading the horrible reviews about the service dept and techs, forget switching to a Paul Miller Audi!! I'm sticking to Paul Miller BMW! Service was outstanding until a year or two ago! But still sounds better than Audi!! There is no reason for customer service like that! I am so glad I read this! I thought all Paul Miller dealerships were all as good as BMW.
Horrible sales experience. They shouldn't be in business. Talked to sales guy and agreed on price of new A4 on the phone then his assistant called me to make an appointment. I show up at the agreed time and the guy is on vacation. They send me to a new guy who quotes me a completely different price then tells me they can't get the car I want anyway.
