Don't trust Paul Davis restoration company. I wish I saw the previous feedback before I had chosen them. Oh boy. They tried to get additional money from you. Don't trust this company. Dishonest, rude, sub-standard work. They will never meet deadlines and then blame the homeowner or anyone else. They never have any construction documents and use incompetent sub-contractors. To add insult to injury, they will then try to charge exorbitant additional fees for things when the homeowner never signed any change orders approving any of the extra charges. If that isn't enough, they will walk away from the job and then try to blame the homeowner and sue if you hold back money or refuse to pay for work they didn't do, products they didn't supply or the...
