Act Fast Restoration is an environmental contractor. What the heck does this mean? I didn't even understand this, but have learned, that means not only can Act Fast do all the home repairs from a flood or damage for your insurance company. But they can also deal with the mold, or other environmental issues. It is crazy that people call their insurance company first, when there is a business like this that will help you call your insurance company for your claim. They will let you know if you even need a claim. This has been scary to figure out what needs to be done, and yet someone caring comes over and helps and tells you what to expect and walks you through the whole process. Awesome job Act Fast!! I hope everyone calls when they have mold, fire or flood, and they need to ACT FAST!!
One of my rentals had a toilet overflow last week, I made one call to Paul Davis, Erik was at the property within an hour of contact with my tenant. All the work was done in a very professional manner and he really did a great job working with my tenant to keep her in the loop and calm during the process. Great Company to work with.

Paul Davis is the best company to call for fast service no matter what time of day. We deal with a lot of floods in rental homes and PD is my first call. We had a flood last week and Erik right on top of it and at the house that day with all the equipment, job was completed within a couple of days and no complaints from my tenant. Very professional and easy to work with.
