I was very disappointed with the service. And when the item I ordered came in flawed the owner assured me she would fix it before my wedding. However she failed to do so, and refused to give me money back for my time, aggravation, or the fact that she didn't deliver to the stander that I had payed, instead she said I was being cheap and told me to sue her. I would risk doing business with her ever again, and I advise you not to as well.

Pattrapon is very patient and not at all pushy. She doesn't gush over you, she simply helps guide you to the perfect gown and fit. I told her I wanted an old Hollywood starlet look and she nailed it with a long satin gown with Swarowski appliqué on the hip. Her alterations were minimal and perfect.
Update:My dress turned out PERFECT. And I even went back to have my rehearsal dinner dress and bachelorette party dress (with layers of sequins no less!) altered, and they were also perfect. This woman is fabulous and I can't say enough great things about her and her shop!
