Over the years I've always been very pleased with Patterson and Sterling. The servicemen are always very friendly even when you have to get them out of bed in the middle of the night during a blizzard. smile emoticon

Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. The technician that came to work on our furnace was timely, polite, and informative regarding what he found. I was very happy with the outcome of my service/cleaning call.
