1- the staff is not professional
2- the office smells really bad
3- they're not open during their posted business hours
4- Once you get past the waiting room you'll see how unclean the floors & tables are.

Dr. Graham took care of my dog Butch for over 14 years. The first seizure he had caused him to lose his hearing. Eventually his eyesight started faltering. Ten years ago I brought a 2 months URI affected, ringworm covered, flea covered 4Lbs runt of the litter girl kitty to the only vet I could go to by taxi from WSU. This cat had everything possible for the next year and I visited Patterson hospital by cab twice a month on average.
