Excellent AC inspection

I was in the process of buying my house and I asked Patterson AC&H to come inspect the AC. Larry Burton came the next day and did the inspection, he shared a lot of good information and explained advantages and disadvantages of the existing AC. The inspection was done for a fair price and I was able to send them a check later for the payment witout it being a problem. Larry coordinated the time of the inspection with me so I could be home the least amount of time and return to work quickly. I was very satisfied.

We chose Patterson Air Conditioning out of 8 companies we got quotes from to do our full HVAC system replacement. From start to finish is a very positive experience and working with Larry Burton made the process smooth and easy. He took the time to explain the equipment and the installation process thoroughly and answered all of my questions in concurrence with my research. They were significantly cheaper than the other companies without sacrificing quality of the work done. I would highly recommend using Patterson Air Conditioning.
