I read the previous reviews concerning this business prior to shopping at this store. Wow, I normally only read reviews but I was so blown away by outstanding customer service and knowledge that I recieved, I had to come back to this site and give a positive review. My purchase was over $30,000 dollars and the installation and guidance was superb. I will definatley recommend The Backyard Outlet to all of my friends!

Purchased Spa over 7 years ago, because of knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have continued to get quality service and maintenance advice over the years. Recently had to have repairs and a new motor and they worked through a rain storm to get me ready for the summer. I continue to get good service and prices on chemicals and other maintenance support. Would not think of going anywhere else.
