I got injured at work, torn my Achilles tendon and needed surgery to repair it...it took 30 days between the date of injury and and the date of surgery, the doc office had everyhing set up (papers, surgeon, location...) all was needed: the insurance authorization. after calling the number I received thru the mail ,like 20 times a day for 2 weeks I found out that my file was sitting on their...
