I am modifying my review of this establishment due to a call from the dealer. They politely pointed out a few things where I was wrong. There was trash in vehicle, but it was left from Firestone, not from them. My battery bolts were stripped out, but there's no way to know who is responsible for over tightening them. I bought a Yukon at Patriot a couple days ago. This was after doing lots of research online first and Patriot had the best price. Plus Tony was a great salesman who did not play games and try to pressure you into something. Will definitely look for Tony again next time.
