We are new to the office, had physicals with Dr. Marshall, no complaints with the exam. The office staff is cold, definitely just doing their jobs, which is univiting but fine. Only several weeks later I found out the form they were supposed to fax to my insurance never made it. After 20 minutes worth of phone tag, found out they lost it.
