TERRIBLE AGENCY, DON'T TRY IT

I dealt with the agent Fawzi Bendimerad as an agent for my vacation trip with my wife. My wife missed her flight due to U.S Embassy error on her visa. Fawzi did not change her tickets nor refund it even though the rules say that a penalty is to be paid for that. He is a crook and I took him to court.\nMy best advice for everyone: DON'T EVEN TRY THIS AGENCY, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME, AND YOU WILL...

This is very bad travel agency. NIL ZERO customer support to the extent that they scavenge on your money if you do not pay attention.Imagine that they charged me stamp and the envelop to send my receipts (after a long fight) just because I asked they not charge me more than that amount they told me initially. BE AWARE AND NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENCY

Great tickets, great service, always best deal

I have been planning all my vacation and work trips with South Shore travel. Fawzi is my travel agent. He always finds me the best deals on my tickets. I don't even ckeck on line anymore to get the better deals , I know now after years of using South Shore travel that I always get the best prices.
