Great Experience, Nice, caring people
We had a great day yesterday at the Pasadena Humane Society. We went to look for a small dog for my daughter and everyone we talked to at Pasadena Humane Society was gracious, helpful and accommodating. It was really nice dealing with everyone from the front desk, to adoptions to the person assigned to us to discuss the adoption, whose name was Ute and was the nicest of all. We had a great experience, and ended up adopting two little chihuahuas who had been taken in together and had bonded. The facilities at Pasadena Humane Society are world class and so are the people. Highly recommended.

We were somewhat concerned about the Pasadena Humane Society after seeing some negative reviews online about their staff, but today, after dealing with their front desk, adoption desk and adoption person, we found them all to be helpful, cheery and really nice people.

I have adopted three cats from the PHS over the years, with great results. I actually don't mind that they are very thorough in their screening process. The staff members who interviewed me seemed very capable and knowledgeable.
