The owner is mean and rude. I came in to get a balloon order and he yelled at me because he "was busy with other orders, I don't have time to do that right now," and I left the store in tears. Other customers in the store heard the exchange and they left to, telling me that they would not shop there again. I will avoid this place from now on.
