went in there to find a costume. there was a girl standing in the aisle just there to answer any questions anybody had cuz the place was packed! they had ppl with little notepads in the back where the costumes were, to write down the costume number. and with a little walkie talkie, they relayed the msg to someone in back, and within mins there was the costume! there were only 2 try on rooms, so... more

This is a great resource for party supplies. I have had several friend who always recommend this store and have found things here that are hard to find other places. i went into a party city recently and was very pleased with what they had to sell to the customer. There was a very wide variety of what i was looking for. The customer service wasn't as good as I was expecting though.
