Consistently gets balloon orders wrong. I always order a week ahead so expect the order to be correct since it's not a rush. Two recent examples are (1) Valentines Day I ordered 12 Foil Hearts...

The worst party city ever. Staff super unhelpful. Waited for 20 minutes to be told that I needed to wait an hour for 4 balloons.
