Im a Theft to Owner - WTF??!

I was in this store the other day to return some baby shower decorations I did not want - did not like the theme I had picked. I walked in with just my wallet and a bag with my items. Once I walked in, the owner BOB WRIGHT told me "returns are to the back." As I walked to the back, I went ahead and stopped in the baby shower isle section to see if there was another theme I would prefer. Of course I touched some plates, napkins, etc. Thought about just exchanging my return items for another theme I took a slight liking to. However, the plate set I did like, did not have enough decorative napkins. This baby shower I am hosting is not going to take place until March, so I thought to myself "let me just do a return, maybe they'll get more stuff in later." I was probably in these section for no more than 10 minutes. Please note, I didn’t not even touch any of the items on the rack that were the items I purchased/wanted to return. Then it appeared a lady worker passed by. I asked her if she worked there and she replied with a stern "yes." So I asked "I have a return, do I just get store credit back?" She started talking in Spanish (which I do not know) so I repeated my question again while taking my receipt out of the bag, hopeful she would understand what I was asking. Unfortunately, she did not. Responded to me in Spanish again and walked away. So I go to the back where the return counter was. An associate starts checking my return items off of my receipt and notifies me I will only get store credit back. Fine, that’s their policy - I was bummed about it, but whatev. Then I notice BOB WRIGHT (douche owner) standing 2 feet behind the associate, listening to everything. Another lady comes in - Hispanic, I'm thinking she was the manager. This manager lady asked me "did someone check your bag when you walked in?" I said no, bc that clearly did not happen. Then she continues on saying someone is suppose to check my bag if I had a return because people come in and try to return stuff they did not buy. I pointed at the douche owner BOB WRIGHT and said "he just said returns are to the back" So I am getting kind of upset at this point because she did not need to jump on my case for the lack of her employee's duties. I even said, "I would not have cared if someone took my bag while I looked around, this is not my fault." So the owner decides to take it from there and claims he saw me put items in my bag and they even had me on camera. I told him to play the effin tape because he was clearly diluted!! Of course he didn't and he even said "call the cops if you like." (I wish I would have.) So he told the manager lady "just give her cash back" then he looks at me and says "ma'am just never return to my store again." WTF??! I was so livid at this point and did say "the only reason I came here is because Arnie's is closed!" Please note: I would not have even went into Party Boy if Arnies was open. Too bad they were closed.

At least I got cash back because I was thinking it is going to suck to get store credit at this store that barely had anything to my liking. I hope the douche, BOB WRIGHT, shoves the baby shower items up his anus!

I went to Party Boy for the first time and was so impressed with everything that they had. It was so nice to go to a store that had matching cups, glasses, napkins, etc. for my party. I had shopped at a couple other stores that only carried a few things in the pattern I wanted, so it was nice to have it all in the same place. Plus, the staff was super helpful.

I came here to buy party decorations. I purchased a table cover and sign. I drove accross the street to Arnie's and purchased the same two items for a fraction of the price.

This place was really great they have a large selection of things for baby showers, weddings, and much more omg this place is soooooo fun i had a great time there the staff is very friendly and helpful!
