A motor broke in my sons car.  We called this company to ask if they could fix it.  They had us package up and send them this motor.  We sent it in Oct/Nov.  They gave us a run around for months and finally sent it back after Christmas.  Motor was damaged.  This company says it was not damaged and if it was, it was not by them.  The company ( a woman named Maggie) stated that we should contact...

What an Experience!

Folks, beware of the arrogant personnel here! These guys are so "out of touch" with customer service that it is a wonder they can sell anything! I run a commercial repair business. They have lots of parts, and at good prices, but beware if you have a warranty issue! I ordered a rebuilt diesel injection pump that had an issue as soon as it fired up. I was told to return the pump and it would be sent in for inspection. This would tie up the customer's car for more than a week! I asked them to sell me a replacement pump, so I could get the customer going, but they refused to even sell me a pump???? (I can't figure that one out!)Long story short, I fixed my $999.00 reman pump myself. The N-108 valve was defective and I was able to swap it out from the old pump. It bolts on externally, but required removing the injection pump again!

I purchase over $1100 in parts. They don't tell you that some of the parts are back ordered. I went on a 2000 mile vacation to install the parts and when I got there, my timing kit was back ordered and I was not able to install any of my parts. They refused to take any parts back, even though they were not opened or used. I won't be buying from them again. BEWARE OF NO RETURN POLICY!!!!!!

I have purchased well over $1000.00 worth of parts to keep my old VW diesel running from this company. Recently, I needed a couple of parts and was given the choice of "newly remanufactured" or "used" and decided to go with the OEM used as the "new" part was a recent remanufacture that did not have the exact specs as the new one. I paid extra to have them overnighted as I depend on my vehicle...
