I have two children, a 2 year old and a 5-month-old baby. I LOVE the doctors in this practice. With that being said it is a SHAME that I now have to move practices due to the horrid customer service of the front desk! My daughter who is now 2 has been at this practice since she was born at Abington hospital. I never had a problem up until a few months ago. They could not get my insurance...
