The landlord is a big joke, he is a liar,theif and will not give you back your deposit no matter how much you clean...He will screw you. So renters beware..And he doesnt repair anything..he just trash...

management is bad, my ac is been out for over a week and i have a small child , it is veryyyy hot , and they havent yet to fix it yet......would not live there again.....................................

We cleaned our apartment with a rainbow vacuum cleaning system. However he is charging us 100 dollars because the carpets werent clean, when in fact they were cleaner than when we moved in. We got new owners last year, and things have gone much smoother this year than they did last year. There's someone in the office who cares. Problems are fixed right the first time(like my air conditioner). They're open till 6pm, so that gives me time to stop in after work. Also, there is a new emergency maintenance program where calls are returned immediately, instead of me waiting all weekend...

Conveniently located within walking distance of MCSO and Durants northern bank district. We are also very short drives away from SOSU, shopping(Walmart, Shoe Dept, Dollar General, WalGreens - coming soon, etc.), Restaraunts(Roma's, McDonalds, Jalapeno's, Chili's, etc.) and Parks(Carl Albert Park).
