I can verify for the first reviewer, there are roaches in some buildings. the walls are also very thin so you can hear everything, and there are a lot of kids in the area making all sorts of noise in the spring and summer. so don't live here if you want peace and quiet that is for sure. especially if you live on a bottom floor and your neighbors are disrespectful.
