The new service manager is great to deal with my bike was in a crash and he helped me get all the ins. Issue resolved he knows how to get all of the damaged parts replaced so my bike was the same as it was before the accdent go on down to parkway and check it out he has been dealing with ins. Claims for years and it shows by the way he helped me with my bike

Be aware that this dealer refusesd to give my deposit back on a bike! after pulling my credit report, i agreed to finance with them and met all of the criteria they needed (including down payment). after a couple weeks they said they need 50 percent down, or they cant finance. I simple said no thanks, and they will not refund my several hundred dollar deposit. flat out wrong, and illegal!... more

I brought my bike in for a first service on the maintaince plan that I had purchased with my bike. Shortly after dropping the bike off I recieved a call from the service department telling me that I had a tack in the rear tire but not to worry because I had also purchased the road hazzard protection so the tire would be covered and only had to pay for the mount and balance.
