I chose Parker and Sons when it was time…
I chose Parker and Sons when it was time to have a new heat pump system installed. This turned out to be a huge mistake. The new unit purchased has issues. Excessive vibration and a lound rolling/grinding noise. During cold months the unit can only heat my home to only 70 degrees. During the winter the unit runs five hours straight without stopping. The inside temperature was 67 while the...

Great experience all the way around. I hope i never have to call them again, but if i do have another issue i know i have someone i can trust to help me out.
