Park Village has low ratings for a REASON. Go somewhere else. If u decide to move there, make sure you get a copy of your lease upfront before ANYTHING else. CHILD ABUSE goes on here so if you love your children I wouldn't bring them:(. When you report it, nothing is done. This apartment complex really was nice quite a few managers ago. Now everyone doesn't watch their children and sends them...

I guess if you really want to know the truth about park village you would have to live here, but i don't suggest it. The number 1 priority here is full capacity and NOTHING else. There have been no better changes made to park village since Shannon Bowman has taken over management. Maintanence is NOT "taken care of". All maintanence requests are important. The so called "courtesy officer"...
