A lot of Hot Springs places have seen better days. This one is no different. Marginal cleanliness and I was probably 1 of only a few guests. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great because it was within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shopping, ect. The beds were extremly comfortable, the hotel is pet friendly, and the staff was friendly as well. The downfall to staying here was that nothing at the hotel was open. It was like a ghost town. They had a nice library that was not open...

What a surprise, never thought it would be this nice, the place is old but very classy! Just remember it's not a modern hotel, it's nastalgic, we were treated kindly beds are comfortable great views of park,we will be back.

I wanted so badly to like this hotel. I did my research on the history, location, reviews, looked at the pics. I travel a lot and like to stay in historical places. Age doesn't bother me, I like nostalgic.I mean, Harry Truman stayed here! The location was great, right across from the Grand Promenade which leads to Bathhouse Row. Walking...
