Love the neighbourhood and love the floor plans they have. Lynette is one of the landlord and I would recommend talking to her. She's very helpful and willing to answer any question especially since it's my first time getting a apartment. I definitely would recommend this apartment complex to anyone

Grossmont Apts customer service is phenomenal. Lynette is such a helpful person and makes the living experience there worthwhile from paying rent to maintenance requests.

We just moved in last month and we are very happy! The neighborhood is so friendly and my 4 year old son who is Autistic is loving the pool and I feel safe here with my two young children.
