The apartment is the smallest 1BR/1Bath model: The Oak. It is small at 710 sq. ft., but perfect for a young couple in my opinion. This place is actually not that bad. It's i have nice and quiet for the most part and I like my neighbors. The only gripe I have had about the apartment its self, is the bathroom. I live in a 2/2 and the bathroom for the master bedroom is way too small and the tub was peeling. They redid the tub 2 months is but it started peeling again.
